Breakfast Smoothie


I've been making 1 "green" smoothie a day this week following the challenge by

I LOVE these smoothies and today's was no exception!  There aren't any recipes - just do it!

1/2 banana
scoop of frozen blueberries
splash of carrot juice
some fresh pineapple
1 kiwi
1/2 field cucumber
Handful of frozen Kale
Fat free yogurt
and a sprinkle of Cinnamon

Deliciousness..............so easy and so healthy!

  3. Oh that does sound and look tasty! My daughter makes these kinds of yummy drinks so me every once in a while.
    My hubby picked up the mail late last night....a sweet surprise. I think you know what it is. I'll be in touch and posting tomorrow:) You do have a healthy glow...inside and out!:)
