I've been making 1 "green" smoothie a day this week following the challenge by
I LOVE these smoothies and today's was no exception! There aren't any recipes - just do it!
scoop of frozen blueberries
splash of carrot juice
some fresh pineapple
1/2 field cucumber
Handful of frozen Kale
Fat free yogurt
and a sprinkle of Cinnamon
Deliciousness..............so easy and so healthy!
