I've been making 1 "green" smoothie a day this week following the challenge by

I LOVE these smoothies and today's was no exception! There aren't any recipes - just do it!
1/2 banana
scoop of frozen blueberries
splash of carrot juice
some fresh pineapple
1 kiwi
1/2 field cucumber
Handful of frozen Kale
Fat free yogurt
and a sprinkle of Cinnamon
Deliciousness..............so easy and so healthy!

Good for you! I am following my own 'get healthier' regime and have lost 6 pounds since Christmas - jazzercise and portion control are key for me!
