What's wrong with these pictures???
Here's a clue ..... it's October 24/13
Yep - I said October - eeeek!!
The neighbour's Pumpkin Wagon |
As much as some love the early snow
The Farmer is very worried....
Soy Beans and Corn still in the field,
bent low and soggy.
Hoping for some nicer weather still to come,
Just saying!
Just saying!
Till next time - cocooning and dreaming of sunny autumn days!
Oh my oh my...that's snow. Hoping with you for some non winter weather yet to come...
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh...it snowed here early last year and cleared to some sense of normalcy...hoping the same for you this. It looks stunning on the pumpkins, but no one needs the headache that comes with it.
ReplyDeleteWe've been having some lovely fall weather. I'm sorry you got an early storm. Hopefully, your husband's crops won't be damaged.
ReplyDeleteOh, no! Not snow already! I am hoping that the end of October doesn't bring us any freaky storms like we had the last two years. I hope you have a few more beautiful fall days coming your way.
ReplyDeleteA white blanket way too early...but it's not our choice. It is rather pretty.
ReplyDeleteBig smirk...we've had snow three times since the first week of October. Since autumn colors look so marvelous in snow I was and am delighted. We have been favored with ten days of mid sixty degree temps since then and all in all it has been just delightful!
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy snow on autumn photo ops galore!
(And I do sincerely hope the snow crop damage is minimal...)
ReplyDeleteOH my! From one Canadian Farm Home to another... our prayers are with you for that crop.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness. :( I'm not prepared for snow just yet. That usually means winter boots, and you know how much I hate those things!
ReplyDeleteMakes for nice pictures thought, just saying... Lisa
ReplyDeleteOh...oh! I just showed 'my farmer' your photos...and we are sympathizing from afar. Here's hoping you can still get those crops in!
ReplyDeleteI love your snowy pictures. We had up to 6 inches of snow around here this past week. Have a wonderful Sunday.
ReplyDeleteNo snow here yet although it was very frosty this morning. Hope you get all those crops safely in!
